EcoEnergy aims at:

- gathering the efforts of the Bulgarian municipalities for achieving a better energy efficiency and finding solutions for important national tasks;

- createing conditions for diminishing the burden of energy costs on municipal budgets and use of these money for other activities of high priority;

- subserving the end users in the municipalities to decrease their expenses and raise the public support.
