The so called permanent and temporary commissions have an important role in the Network management.
The following permanent commissions were chosen with a decision of the General Assembly, held on 7 February 2007:
- Commission on Budget and Financing with members the municipalities of Sevlievo, Svishtov and Targovishte
- Commission on the Statute, the By-laws and Network Membership with members the municipalities of Lom, Gorna Oryahovitsa and Silistra
- Commission on Information and Training with members the municipalities of Aytos, Belene and Lyaskovets
- Commission on Municipal Energy Policy with members the municipalities of Levski, Lovech, Svishtov, Madan and Smolyan.
A temporary Commission on the Work Plan has been chosen at the same meeting of the General Assembly. Its members are the municipalities of Gabrovo, Belogradchik and the City of Dobrich.
