The Association "Municipal Energy efficiency Network EcoEnergy" is managed and represented by Managing Board. The General Assembly chooses the members of the Managing Board among the municipality members of the Network and they are being changed every year.

The Executive Director of the Network also participates in the meetings of the Managing Board where he has deliberative voice.
