EnEffect and Elana join their big experience in sustainable development, energy efficiency and financing in a EE Consortium for development of  successful investment projects which should be financed through EU Structural Funds and other financial institutions. In this relation the Consortium offers the following services:

Preparation of project application documents


 -   Structuring the project idea of the municipality and research of the opportunities for its financing through different sources based on technical-economic analysis for defining project parameters according to the needs of the municipality and the requirements of the EU Program or the specialzied financing source;

-    Elaboration of business plans and financing schemes of the projects with assessment of the ways for ensuring the necessary funds from different financial sources (if this is a requirement), description of the experience of the municipality as well as the opportunities and the capacity for project implementation; 

-   Description of the project proposal according to the requirements of the respective financial source or program (resume, specific and common targets, results and type of activities, methodology, financing structuring, time schedule of project implementation activities, calculation of the expenditures and determining of the budget);

-   Consulting on the supporting documents and filling in the application forms;

-   Long-term support for the successful applications and implementation of the whole investment process.


Other services related to the financing applications


-   Update of the munucupal development plans and of the municipal energy programs and elaboration of municipal energy balance on which base the project applications are being developed;

-   Preparation of the energy audits and complex architectural and engineering projects for municipal buildings and installations, which are necessary for financing applications of these objects;

-   Technical support and training of municipal managers and specialists on subjects related to the project essence and its financing and implementation, including optimization of the administrative structure for optimal management of the implementation of the municipal sustainable development plans, municipal energy programs and the specific investment projects.
