The library of MEEN EcoEnergy contains the main documents of the Network - agreements, decisions, declarations, financial reports, etc. as well as EcoEnergy's publications - EcoEnergy magazine and monthly e-bulletin. At the same time here you can find link to Energy Efficiency Partnership website, where the Bulgarian energy efficiency legislation is presented as well as link to the Guide  for financing energy efficiency projects in residential buildings.
